Today I’m going to talk about setting yourself up for success and routines. So, one of my greatest routines is that I actually make a calendar for myself on Sunday for the week. So, just instead of stumbling out of the bed, going to the bathroom and taking a shower, and grabbing some Starbucks, and reading emails to start my day. I set intentions on how I want to start my day with some exercise, with some great reading, maybe with some breathing or meditation; but I am thinking, how am I going to get centered emotionally, how am I going to reduce my stress, and get centered emotionally, so that I function at my best, so that I enjoy my day, so that I am most productive, so that I have more work-life balance.
