So, today I wanted to talk a little about conformity. I want to talk a little bit about authenticity. I don’t know if you guys can relate, but I know that many of my clients, and myself included, have gotten to a place in their life where they are just sick and tired of putting on an act. They are just sick and tired of pretending and people pleasing and abandoning themselves, and they have even forgotten who they are. What their values are, what their strengths are, what their passions are, and what happens when we reach that place in our lives as we really as we tend to feel really disillusioned, and sad, and confused. And all that’s really happening is the universe is asking you to slow down and go within. Get connected to yourself again. And maybe you have never been connected to yourself. Depending on the house that you grew up in and what was modeled around you, you may know nothing about deep, inner connection to oneself and to greater power in the universe, and that just might be exactly what you are needing right now in the midst of that confusion. So, I just want you to let you guys know that it is a common human condition that people conform and change who they are and how they present themselves in the world over time based on things that have happened to us when we were young, we are just trying to avoid pain, or we are trying to get love. There is nothing wrong with you. You are not broken. But there is a way to shift into your authentic self. Into your alignment. And in your alignment is where you are going to find that joy, that maybe seems missing from your life right now.
